  • Name: Your preferred display name.
  • Email Address: Used for account authentication, password reset, and verification.
  • Marketing Consent: Whether you optionally choose to receive periodic research updates and educational offers. Marketing consent is strictly optional.
  • Technical Profile Data: Preferred interface locale (English/Arabic) and server-generated timestamps for account creation and login activity.

Note on Passwords: We do NOT store your account passwords in our Firestore database. All credentials are encrypted and securely authenticated by Google Firebase Authentication.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Authenticate your access to platform features and maintain active session security.
  • Send account-related notifications (such as email verification and password reset requests).
  • Deliver occasional educational updates if you opted in via marketing consent.
  • Ensure platform security and prevent unauthorized access.

3. Data Protection & Security

We implement strict Firebase security rules. Each user can read and modify only their own profile document. Public access to user emails is strictly blocked. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties or marketing brokers.

4. Cookies & Local Preferences

We use lightweight browser local storage to preserve your selected theme (dark sapphire or light white) and interface language (EN or AR). No third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels are used.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You may request review, modification, or deletion of your account and stored profile data at any time by contacting us through our Contact Page.
